Ink would not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this printer and it maybe printed one good page. The rest wouldn't print color at all. I finally figured out that I had to clean the ink print heads three times!! It worked after that. But once it rested for a day it was the same thing all over again. I even tried to replace the ink cartridges but the same thing happened. Thankfully I purchased the Geek Squad plan. They allowed me to just return it and get something else. I went with a different brand altogether after having such a bad experience with this particular Canon printer. If you do choose this printer (which I would not advise) get the Geek Squad plan too.

Won't stop printing

It's a lemon!!!

The last two days it was given a 5011 error code and nothing I tried fixed the problem (I retired from an IT position). Contacted Canon, and it is failed hardware, so they are replacing it.......and I just bought new ink cartridges!

Hate this Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HATE this printer. Having to run from one end of house to other to open printer door is maddening. Ink costs almost as much as buying new printer to replenish ink + it runs out extremely fast.
