I wanted a small, compact camera that took really good pictures.

This is an excellent camera. We had an older Canon that we replaced with this model and don’t regret it. The camera is very easy to use and the picture quality is phenomenal! We used the camera in dim lighting this holiday and it performed far better than we expected. Worth the buy!

This is a great camera for the price range. The best features we've discovered thus far is the rapid picture taking and incredible zoom. My husband got some amazing photos at my college graduation recently - my classmates and I were on the floor and he was in a balcony-type area.

We needed a camera for my father so that instead of cell phone, he can make videos on handheld and this camera did the trick. Quite convenient with point and shoot feature of taking pics and making videos. Picture quality could be better but then again you get what you paid for. We only needed this for making videos so it got the job done.
