easy to use

This camera came bundled w 2 lenses and has a video feature. So far, my pictures have great quality and clarity. The camera is very easy to use and instruction guide is easy to understand. Looking forward to soccer season to start back to capture some great action shots!

great starter camera for beginners

However, it's not giving me that professional look that I wanted. I'm sure this camera is capable of producing professional quality photos but it probably requires reading the whole manual, watching lots of YouTube videos, and a great photo editing software. I haven't taken the time to do all three and that's probably why I haven't seen the results that I was expecting out of this camera. Overall, it's great for the price and perfect for beginners like myself.

Great Camera

There are a lot of setting available and to learn about, but can also easily be used by a beginner......overall images are very crisp and sharp.

Great camera for DSLR starters

I was initially confused between Nikon and Canon but after trying the demo at Best Buy store, this one became the obvious choice for me because of ease of handling. This model is recommended.

Very nice upgrade from my 2006 Fujifilm.

It HAS all the same automatic settings as a PAS, but if you want to get more artistic with your photos and be able to have more control over speed, aperture, etc., then this Canon is a nice choice. Nothing really sets the T3i over it's competitors but the articulating view screen made me choose it over the others.
