While not perfect, it truly shines in well light areas (aka outdoor settings), and holds up well in areas without great lighting. The backgroung blur you can achive with this lense rivals lenses 7x its price. Simply put, if you are getting into photograpy like me (specially when traveling) or are a veteran photographer, this is a must pick up!
