Highly recommended polaroid film. No need to wait for the pictures to be visible on the film. Colors of the pictures are great!

Instant print cameras have been around since the Polaroid Corporation introduced the Land Camera Model 95 back in 1948. And while it may seem like instant print photos are a gimmick that fell out of fashion with the invention of digital photography, printable photos have become big business once again (as it is a way for camera & film companies to ensure consistent revenue in a similar way to how they once sold film). Zink actually stands for Zero Ink. Instead of messy chemicals, the photo paper is comprised of multiple heat sensitive layers containing dye crystals that display various colors when they melt. Varying intensities of heat are delivered to the paper which quickly results in a colorful picture. It is important to note that while many companies (such as HP, Polaroid, Lifeprint, Fujifilm, & Canon) offer Zink cameras & printers – all Zink paper is made by one company: Zink Holdings. They created the underlying technology – which has been licensed out to several companies. So, while physical cameras or printers may vary in quality, all of the photo paper is essentially the same. I have not tested to see if you can use any brand of Zink paper in various cameras, but because they all cost the same amount, it is easy to simply stick with the brand that matches the device you are using. There does not yet appear to be any generic Zink paper, and unfortunately – purchasing larger quantities doesn’t save any money. So far, the cost is 50 cents per Zink Sheet (regardless of brand). WARNING: Be aware that water does damage Zink photo paper. The moisture eats through the top layer and destroys the image underneath. Because the photos are actually stickers – they are more likely to end up somewhere that may be exposed to moisture. The good part about Zink paper is that it is not particularly sensitive to light – so, if your camera does not have an indication of how many photos you have left, you can simply open the back of the camera and count the remaining sticker sheets. If you do not yet own a Zink Camera, I would actually recommend that you purchase the Zink Photo Printer (instead of a camera). They are often less cost than a Zink Camera and they actually allow you to print better-quality photos which are taken from your phone. Because it prints phone pictures – you can actually choose pictures you like and even edit them to your liking before you print. Pros: + Photo prints are actually stickers + Photos are thin and stick well, but can also generally be peeled off of surfaces without causing damage + Only 50 cents per picture (as compared to classic Polaroid pictures which cost $2.00 each) + Zinc Photo Paper is not sensitive to light (in the same way as film). This means you can open the back of the camera without worry of ruining film. + No ink or development chemicals to worry about + Allows double exposure prints (Simply re-load a picture back into the camera and take a 2nd picture that prints over top of the first. Fun & artsy!) + Photos print quickly (~55 seconds) and do not require time to develop (compared to Polaroid pictures which take up to 10 minutes to develop) Cons: - Water eats through the top layer of the photo paper destroying the image underneath. If rain touches an image, or if liquid is spilled on a photo – they will be ruined. Keep in mind, these are stickers – so they may end up on notebooks or other areas that kids might splash or get wet. **See attached image for example of how water damages photos** - Image quality is greatly impacted by the physical device that is doing the printing - The back of the stickers are difficult to peel away (there should be a slit / perforation on the back of the paper – instead of needing to be peeled at the corners) - The cost of Zink photo paper is the same price regardless of the quantity you buy (50 cents per 2x3 inch sheet)

I really like the Canon CINK Glossy Photo Paper. It is literally like a mini photo. I like that you can unstick the back part so that you can stick the photo onto something.

Easy to use, portable and prints nice sized pics and can put stickers or borders on your prints. Better quality than poloroid prints

We bought my daughter a Canon mobile photo printer for her birthday so that she had the option of printing out photos whenever she wanted. The printer came with an initial package of photo paper that she ran through really quickly. So, we bought this replacement package so she could keep printing. It works great. It's easy to load into the printer and the quality of the pictures is above average. I can recommend this to others who have the same mobile printer.

I have only purchased the 2” x 3” size. They print crisp and clear. They don’t fade at all in the sun. The film even has a beautiful resolution printed from a smart phone. If you like instant printing pics but don’t want to use other brands, you’ll love this film. It is cheaper by volume than other films.

I love how this paper dries instantly once it is printed out, plus I think it's awesome that you can peel off the back and stick the photo wherever you like. The quality of the paper feels very strong and durable so I'll definitely buy some more when I need to restock.

When using the mini-printer, you're always expecting the quality to be hindered at some point. This Cannon Glossy photo paper definitely compensated, leaving the photo with bright colors, no bleed, and sturdy quality. Would be them again :D

Great quality of photo paper. Each image looks great, and has a great color quality. The images are so defined, and I love that each picture is like a sticker and you can stick them around anywhere.

Technology always existed for many years. Buts its just now in a convenient package where the printer with battery is pocketable to use anywhere with enough charge to last a couple dozen prints. Where behind it where the heat element activates the pigment crystal dyes and turns up the colors you want to see in the places you want. So back to conclusion this is a great sticker photo solution even for gift and project ideas at school. No gluing cutting just select the the photos you want on your phone with the app with minor editing then hit print! Peel the adhesive back and place the photos in any place you want.

Glossy and sturdy! Nice bright colors too. I love canon products. Wish they were a bit more affordable tbh

It's a little pricey, but I love being able to print pictures instantly from my phone! Modern day polaroid!
