    I have these in my apartment complex gym and they get heavily used by the residents. Aside from them getting stolen that lasted a long time.

    I ordered these with some hand weights a few weeks ago, and haven't been able to really use them yet. The ankle one makes me a little nervous, but the band the helps me work out my arms is really nice when I'm sitting for long periods of time.
