    It feels reliable and need to test it for durability. I like that when you disconnect a string, the strength decreases and allows me to do calisthenics efficiently. I’m leaving 4 stars as it is not long enough for leg workouts.

    Got it when it was on sale. Love the fact that there are 3 different tensions of bands however the lightest one still too strong for me. Handles are very comfortable.

    Nylon on strsps has torn my hands to shreads. Unusable without gloves.
