3yrs later of light / moderate use and they still hold up great. Easy to add resitance by just using more bands. Light weight, portable, and great to add to some workouts even at the gym.

Durable materials, valued for the dollars is ok. This will help you stay focused when you can’t hit the jym

These are well made. The quality of these were actually a shocker. They are brightly colored well numbered and the case helps too. Id definitely purchase again. Got for a good deal when they were on sale.

I always find good deals on what I'm searching for. I was disappointed during my last visit that I had difficulty finding someone to assist me. I guess it's due to low staffing.

So far, so good - nice assortment of bands and options for use

Just picked up this item. Got home to open it and was fairly happy with it. One thing that I did notice. The poundage on the resistance bands do not match the actual pounds. For example I picked up the 50lb strap. I was able to curl that with little effort. The problem is I know that 35lbs is close to my max curl on a single arm. So that is off a bit. Also the the door anchor, and the ankle cuffs do not com with carabineer hooks like the documentation in the package states it does. Now the reason for the four stars and not say three for these defects is this. 1. The quality of the items seem well made. Even if the poundage is off. 2. The items fit in the bag nice and easy. Which helps people who have issues with space. 3. By putting more than one strap together which is easy to do you get the weight you are desiring. 4. The bands themselves seem fairly sturdy. Not thin like some other brands which tend to break easily. These are rounded. So with that I think this is a good purchase for the price. Even for its small shortcomings.
