    Still works well after a few years of moderate use. Great for adding resistance and strong enough for assisted pull ups / muscle ups. Might be a bit short for taller people for assisted pull ups, just depends on how high the bar is.

    The heaviest they offered and more than capable of handling higher intensity workouts. Definitely gives good resistance / feedback and feels like it will be around for a good long time.
