I was nervous about the negative reviews but most of the problems people are having are user error. It is quick, easy and makes great drinks. The instructions were only in Italian so had to go online and find them in English right next to the product on Capresso’s website, that will help you a lot, and answer your questions. We can make a drink a couple minutes after turning it on. If you have temp issues warm it up longer or steam your milk longer. Will update this review as we use it. Don’t be scared off by Neg reviews!

Great for espresso at home

Good Espresso Maker

My only problem with this product is that sometimes you have to turn it off then back on to get the machine working properly. Other than that it works great!

The foamer didn't work.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because the foamer did not work, we returned the machine to Best Buy in Hyannis and were given store credit in return. We bought a simpler cappucino machine that works right.
