As a connoisseur of superhero films I must say that this is the kind of movie I wish the avengers 2 would have been. It's a lot of fun without feeling too long winded.

I've enjoyed all of the Marvel movies. Captain America Civil War is another good one. Great characters, action, even humor!

Fantastic Movie, Love the Steelbook packaging just wish it included a regular DVD as well

Captain America Civil War is one of my favorite MCU films, and it’s a great movie! Unfortunately when I received my package the steel book was damaged, it got torn and bent during shipping. Luckily the Blu-ray Disc didn’t break.

Not as good as the first one but still great......

The copy I picked up at the store was completely crushed. The manager offered a 10% discount when the bottom of the case was completely crushed on arrival. He did fortunately gave me 50% off after he saw my huge disappointment. There is no excuse to preorder 4 months out and get a doa product.

Case came damaged and it was missing the digital code. I will definitely be returning it and buying it elsewhere. The pictures show everything that was in the case

Divided loyalties amongst the Avengers and epic jaw dropping action leads to a great movie.

The HDR color improvements are just as critical to the UHD's visual success. There's no remaking or rebranding the movie here, just a simple improvement to color depth and saturation, tonal nuance, and contrast. Colors are deeper as a rule, ranging from costumes to skin tones, from props to deep shadow details that find much more depth without crushing out anything within. The image combines improved saturation, and a slightly darker overall appearance, with more brilliant brights that accentuate explosions, colorful costumes, lipstick, red hair (Natasha, basically), and any and every point of color interest. Whites appear significantly more crisp and intense, including the various location title cards that fill the screen throughout the film or several examples of crisp white attire, such a T-shirt a young Tony Stark is wearing in chapter three. The HDR colors are tastefully applied, enhancing, not recreating, the palette. The UHD exhibits no source or encode anomalies of note; even noise is kept in check. This is certainly not the format's pinnacle but it makes for a solid, well-rounded upgrade over the Blu-ray. Fans should be pleased.

One of the better movies in the MCU by far! There was a lot of great action and kept me on the edge of my seat. the airport battle was one of the most epic fights I've seen in any movie. Definitely recommend this movie to anyone who is a fan of the MCU. I picked up the steelbook and it looks absolutely awesome! The crack separating Captain America's shield and Iron Man's mask on the cover is embossed (or debossed, don't really know the word for it). The steelbook has a matte finish to it which gives it a really nice feel. The steelbook version comes with 3D, Blu-Ray, and digital versions of the movie. If you are a steelbook collector or just a big Captain America fan, the steelbook is definitely the way to go. Great movie, great steelbook, great purchase!

Captain America is one of my most favorite characters of the Avengers team. This is a different type of movie in that the views and choices of the team are split, resulting in conflict amongst the group because of the Sokovia Accords. You get to see just about every Marvel character come into action in this movie, which is quite an accomplishment. The story is good and the acting is superb with a good balance between the more serious types (Iron Man, Captain America) and those who seem to be more comical (Ant Man, Spider-Man). It also paves the way to the Black Panther movie and reveals the truth about the death of Iron Man's parents - which further escalates conflict between certain members of the team. The 4k presentation is nothing short of spectacular, of course, and you WANT to get this movie if you haven't already done so.

Captain America: Civil War is a masterful blend of thrilling action, compelling storytelling, and resonant themes. The film not only entertains but also challenges the audience intellectually. It stands as a pinnacle in the MCU, showcasing the superhero genre's potential for depth and nuance. A must-watch for both avid Marvel fans and casual moviegoers alike.

It's great to have this great piece of Marvel's movie in a steelbook case. Nothing much left in the air to talk about Marvel's Infinity Saga movie Captain America: Civil War. This collectible comes with digital coupon code from the Movies Anywhere. Applying the coupon in there now I can watch my movie in Amazon Prime, Vudu or Google app in TV. Also which gives different viewing experience in different digital versions, like some shows in 4k UHD HDR, some in Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos in UHD. Great watching experience in my 4k OLED HDR w/Dolby Vision and UHD Premium television along with Bose Soundbar w/Sub and Surround sound system.

I'm glad Disney remastered these Captain America movies in 4K right before the release of Avengers: Endgame. The 4K remastering was done right as well. The only thing that was overlooked was including Dolby Vision. However, the digital version includes DV. As for this movie, it is pretty much an Avengers movie that is pivotal in the Marvel Cinematic Universe circumstances after this movie. The Steelbook is the 3rd in the thematic vintage-looking themed Captain America Steelbooks with poster art on the front and a shield motif on the back. Together, all 3 Steelbooks looks great together. I hope they do thematic Steelbook sets for the other Avengers.

The movie was more like an Avengers feature, with the majority of the team appearing. After a deadly fight with Crossbones and his crew in Lagos ends with a mass of human casualties, the Sokovia Accords is reached, causing a disagreement amongst team member over how they should approach it. Steve Rogers was also intent on finding Bucky (aka the Winter Soldier) before the authorities did after he was framed for murder. The movie also introduces the Black Panther, a great addition to the MCU. If you have the 3D version, the 4K Ultra is much better. Some scenes look different (as in better), such as the airport battle.

watch the very intensely emotional fallout in what could easily be termed the "darkest" Marvel film set in the Avengers framework... It was a ride that had me locked in both excitement and dread the entire time. And watching it again at home (in excellent 3D) had the same effect, despite knowing the outcome. Bravo to Disney/Marvel for pulling this off, and creating a very entertaining piece of action film that somehow manages to address so many societal issues without the heavy-handed attitude of many documentaries.

This was by far my favorite out of the three movies of Captain Americas. It was even cooler that they incorporated more of the Avengers in this movie as well. Loved the introduction of Black Panther. Sucks that they were all fighting each other, and Tony shouldn't have went behind all of their backs and betrayed them. I guess he does make up for it in the end. Very good movie and loved the history of showing how Bucky intertwined with the Starks. We really need a movie about the Winter Soldiers!!

Out of all of the movies in the Marvel Studios line up, I feel like this one is our Empire Strikes Back. Story starts off will a shaken up and divided team after the ULTRON situation in the 2nd Avengers film and leaves in a where do we go from here mood. It is crazy. Also this film finally brought the web head to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is a must own and if you already have it on Blu Ray, please upgrade to 4K if you can afford it because these gems deserve to be seen that way.

After getting the steelbook for Infinity War last year and another steelbook for Endgame this year, I gotta say I believe I have an addiction. I'm going through the process of upgrading as many of my Marvel DVD collection to the steelbook alternatives where possible. Loved each and everyone, especially those that come in 4K as well! This movie itself was amazing enough, but with such a star-studded cast, this could've easily have been an Avengers titled movie.
