I love marvel movies and this one looks great in 4k

While you could probably find more nits to pick with Captain America: Civil War than its predecessor, The Winter Soldier, it's a heck of lot of fun. The fact that it's more Avengers 2.5 than Captain America 3 takes nothing away from it for me. The ensemble cast is part of what makes this such a great film. Lots of great newcomers here with Black Panther and Tom Holland's Spider-Man as standouts. As to the Blu-Ray itself, it's been a few weeks since I watched it; I seem to recall having to skip through some previews just to get to the main menu screen. This is something I hate with home video releases and something that the recent Star Wars: TFA Blu-Ray happily avoided. This is strange to me considering both are in the Disney family. Other than that quibble, the Blu-Ray presentation was everything I would expect from a Blu-Ray.

If you haven't seen a Marvel movie before. Do not start here. But if you have seen enough of them that you are aware of the storyline, this might just be their finest film yet. Civil War is a movie to be studied. Studied, to learn how to balance 15 different characters, function as a solo film despite featuring almost every other Marvel hero, create a compelling narrative and sympathetic villain and of course, master class action sequences. Things DC's yearly outings, have yet to accomplish. But that's besides the point. Civil War is a blast from start to finish, but also tells an intriguing, and thought provoking narrative about how much power superheroes should have. And when it ends, you'll be just as conflicted over which side to choose as the characters are. And fans of Spider-Man, will find this film especially enjoyable.
