Decent movie If you like Tom Hanks. Would recommend watching.

Based on the crazy true story, this movie has Tom Hanks convincingly portray the titular captain whose quick thinking allowed him and his crew to survive a harrowing ordeal. Greengrass' direction is better in this than his shaky Bourne movies.

This was a terrific movie that is a must see. The way captain phillips puts himself at risk to help protect his crew is truly inspiring.

I picked this DVD up from my local Bestbuy. The movie worked fine, no pauses or hiccups. I will certainly buy movies from Bestbuy in the future!

True story, well written and acted. It was interesting to see Underhill , Vermont , I- 89 and the Burlington airport in the beginning of the film.

I bought this movie for my husband and I don't usually like to watch these, but I found the movie spellbinding and the acting was outstanding.

Have always enjoyed Tom Hanks' movies and this is just one more reason to keep him on my top actor listing. Hope everyone else enjoys it also.

Captain Phillips good movie, I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad I saw and now own this thanks to best buy for having this product available.

Great movie, Tom Hanks excellent as always. Could be a little shorter, I think it gets repetitive but it is a great thriller and suspenseful movie.

Great movie. Very well made. Kept you watching from start to finish. Even though everyone knew the outcome, you were able to feel the tension.

Captain Phillips was a great movie to watch...kept ur interest & the actors were great...Tom Hank is always great to watch in any of his movies..

The movie is good quality but I have not read the book from the "real" captain Phillips. Great suspense, acting, and action. Not sure if all of it is true as there seems to be a lot of controversy as to how Hollywood portrayed Phillips.

Overall, Captain Phillips was one of the best true story films I have seen. Tom Hanks was definitely the right actor to cast as Captain Phillips.

This was an awesome movie with terrific acting. It was a feel good story with happy ending for all merchant mariners who sail treacherous waters.
