Reason for the 4 star is because it doesn’t loop record. Overall it’s great though. Great recording at night time and you see it clear. Used it in snow and also good. Use a 128gb card on it. Works well. I delete very few days just in case.

I purchased this dash cam to document any accidents as proof of what happened. I have had some issues with the paring the camera with my iPhone.

This is a very good value at a great price. I was very impressed with the quality of the video. I had very good resolution even at night.

Good product for a person looking for a dash cam without spending hundreds

Not a great dash camera but ok, Havent use it frequently because you have keep charging often,,,

the video clarity is not very good and then the navigation of the settings is not friendly

This looks like a really nice camera. It has nice features and nice packaging for a $179 dash cam. I ran into problems immediately though. If you follow the directions to download the "Road Cover Eye1Pro" iOS app you'll find that it doesn't exist. I had a buddy try on his Android phone and he could find the app, but it wouldn't connect to the camera. I'm not going to spend any more time with it. It seems like Car and Driver just slapped their name on a product and shipped it without fully supporting it. I'll try something else.

Cam is nice but hard to use the futures don’t work well

I found it easy to use and easy to slide into the holder for insertion into the card reader and view the video. Clean video, and with the 64 gigabyte chip, goes for hours long before even thinking about rolling over on the memory. Takes top notch still shots too.

First one I have ever purchased! I am a truck driver and want to protect myself from the horrible drivers I have to share the road with and have noticed that it does not hold time very well! I have to constantly adjust the time and date because it will change to a completely different time and day all by itself, I am unsure of how this is happening, but this is the only downside to it that i have found although it is really annoying!

I used it frequently to record beautiful and interesting sites as I was traveling in my RV last month. Love it. MH

I have a hard time backing out, especially at night time so this has helped me tremendously with being able to see behind the vehicle whether it's day or night. The pop up screen in my rear view mirror is just a tab bit delayed, a bit slow for me, but not too bad.

The device would not hold a charge, even when plugged. in. When it worked, it worked well. However, most of the time it kept turning on and off, which was VERY annoying to listen to. Because of this problem, the unit was virtually useless. I ended up returning it and purchasing something else.
