The only drawback is that you can't listen to the radio while you're on the station the device is programed for. You have to program the station and when your phone rings, switch to the phone station and take your call. The clarity is better than expected both for receiving and making calls. I recommend this device for anyone looking for hands free operations without breaking the bank.
