This the movie that started Richard career. A classic great to watch anytime.

This movie came out when I was 16 years old and this is my first time viewing it outside of the commercials at that time (I’m now 60). I knew all the soundtrack songs played on the radio and on SoulTrain. It was everything and brought back memories and laughs. Loved it and thanks BestBuy for keeping such movies in stock and if you can PLEASE collaborate with HBO and see if they will release on DVD, all of Sindbad’s (the comedian), music festival concerts in the Caribbean locations. I promise you, they will be sold out!

I bought this movie to share with my daughter who is too young to remember it. She enjoyed it a great deal. It is uncut with all the original scenes included.

This is an amazing 70's comedy. However, Richard Pryor being on the cover is a bit misleading, as he has only a minor part with the Pointer Sisters. This is another great Shout Factory release!

I love old school cinema, this is an instant classic with Richard Pryor. The soundtrack made this movie great!!!
