They are a very nice addition to your walker because they make the walker glide easier, instead of dragging with the other kind feet for the walker's legs,

This is the Worst Idea for a walker 'noise silencer'.
Maybe would work if the ball on the Bottom, rolled.
Tennis balls are the best one can do, imo.
