Normally I just go out running or sometimes I do sit ups at home or sometimes I'm soo bored with my usual routine I don't do anything. I found out about Carmen Electra's Strip Aerobic DVDs I was watching mtv. I thought it was some joke but then I googled it and it looked kind of interesting. So I bought it and I can't stop talking about it. I'm so in love with it. I've been dancing for about 7 years now and I knew most of the basic moves and what not but I found my friends who had never danced before could do it too. At first glance some of the moves are on the risque side, but it is a striptease video. The point is to make one more confident. Everyone women should give this a try, a great workout and a confidence boost! What more could you ask for?

I bought this set in hopes to get a good workout while learning how to strip tease. The first two DVDs are really good. I probably should have just bought those two seperate. The others are okay. They are not too long of workout/dances either. Maybe an extra hour or so on each would have been good. Overall, I am glad I bought it for the first two DVDs. I learned a couple cute moves and am really enjoying my workout.

I orginally got the videos through netflix to try them out. I thought it would might give me a work out and teach me something to spice up the marriage. I couldn't believe I was actually sweating. I wouldn't say I pick up routine's quickly but Carmen made it easy. I actually recommended this series to all of my friends.

These are really fun workouts, I own the first disc and I netflixed the second and really enjoyed both so I bought the set. I run Half Marathons, and do all kinds of outdoor actvities year round, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and am otherwise very active, THESE DVD's KICKED MY BUTT!!! As I sit here today my abs, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, shoulders and triceps (ALL OVER) are a little sore. WHAT A WORKOUT!! Even for someone who normally wouldn't move like a "dancer", these moves are easy to learn pretty quickly.

I saw the StripTease work out advertise and as a joke told my husband I wanted it. For A gift he bought it for me. This is a great work-out. My personal trouble spot is my legs and this got my legs in great shape. After using disc 2 Aerobic Strip for three weeks I got amazing results my body was more toned and defined. I would recommend this product to everyone. It's a fun yet intensive complete body work out.

So much fun! Not too cheesy or over the top. She breaks down the routine for easy learning and follow through, then she puts it all together. Each disc is fun and challenging. Highly recommend the box set!

I'm not sure what "workout" everyone else is doing but if you have any sort of intermediate to advanced cardio level do not expect this to be challenging. I bought this because I thought it was going to be a cardio striptease video. I think they forgot to ad the "aerobic" part:) This did teach some sexy dance/stripper moves but I was extremely disappointed in my purchase because I thought it would be more upbeat and exciting. I sold this on ebay approximately a month after purchase. If anyone knows of a great cardio striptease video please enlighten me.
