I have done Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip 3-4 times a week for the past 2 weeks, and I can really tell a difference. This is a good work out that will work out parts of your body than many other work out videos do not focus on. I can notice significant differences in my hips, legs, and butt since doing this workout. This is the most aerobically intense workout of the Aerobic Striptease video, promising that you will be more comfortable with your body after doing the exercise and feel more comfortable "taking it off" when doing the other videos in the series. I have to say, that this video does what it promises to do. My husband has even remarked about the changes in my body. I highly recommend this video for those who want a good work out, but do not usually enjoy highly intense workouts. I actually look forward to doing this workout video every day!

This is one of my favorite workouts to do!! The workout is easy to follow and gets you working right off the bat! Great toning and keeps you interested as you move. There is also a choice of music, which is nice. Totally worth it!

It was a great work out tape. I broke a sweat and was into the video the whole time. I did not even notice how much time had passed.
