the movie was good. it was suspenseful but not scary.

This remake is faithful to the original book and definitely a close contender to the original Carrie film. It looks fantastic upscaled on my 4K UHD Television.

As far as remakes go, this one was not too bad at all.

Love love this remake to the classic horror genre. I love the actors on here esp julienne Moore. We got to see another side of her that we didn't explore on from the first .

The story is a familiar one with fresh aspects added for an updated generation. The acting is some of the best I have seen as of late in a horror movie or any for that matter.

I've watched the original movie, the first remake and now this one and of them this is much much better than the original remake and truly brought back the original movie.

This was a good take on a classic remake. One if the best things of this films is that you can relate to some of the character. I would recommend this to any cinema fan.

When you think of Carrie, you think of the classic movie! I watch this knowing that it was a remake and it should have its day. However, the plot was different. The story line could have been better. I could have waited to watch on Netflix.

This movie is one of the few remakes that are worth watching. Went into a deeper back story and still stayed true to the original. Definitely recommend this movie

I’ve seen the original Carrie movie and this one definitely does it justice as a remake. Chloe Grace Moretz give a phenomenal performance.

I would describe it as a remake of the 1976 film sprinkled with some additional elements from the Stephen King novel. It was very well made, and the modernization is appropriate without being too obvious of the change in times

I have not read the book in a very long so I cannot compare the movie to the book. This version was pretty consistent with the original movie. I thought the mother was very well portrayed. It felt a bit more realistic. Worth seeing.

A GREAT REMAKE OF THE ORIGINAL, KEEPING THE PLOT AS ORIGINAL AND THE SUSPENSE/FEEL OF THE MOVIE IN GENERAL IS GOOD.
