The hard case protects the tablet wonderfully. The magnetic folder allows the "stand" to prop up the tablet in either vertical or horizontal viewing modes. This is great for cafe use or for following a how to video. It allows for hands-free viewing when following along a DIY project, cooking show, working in your garage or workshop or just streaming movies/videos. The soft interior of the screen protector lays gently against the surface and keeps it from scratching. i recommend this over the more expensive keyboard cover as that one is heavy, clunky, and pricey, and doesn't protect the screen as well. This one, although cheaper, is much nicer. A great case for a great little machine!

This is a great case for the Fire however a little expensive for how generic it is but it protects well

I really like the case! The Kindle snaps into the base where others have straps that hold it into place. The kindle will not fall out when held upside down. When you close the cover there is a strong magnet to ensure closure. The unit goes into sleep mode when closed too. Seems sturdy enough to last.

needed a case for my new Kindle Fire. went to Best Buy and they had exactly what I was looking for. I thought the case was a little expensive but it is made for the Kindle Fire and fits perfectly.

The case fits perfectly. It is easy to open and the feature that lets the kindle stand on its side or bottom makes it easier to use.

This case is ideal for the Amazon Fire tablet. I like the stand for hands free viewing. I am not concerned about damaging my tablet because the case offers great protection.

I had to buy this product, as off brands purchased did not fit. I love it, only downside , black was the only color in stock at the time. Pricey , but worth it.

perfect fitting cover for the kindle fire hd...good basic color black...but would've liked Best Buy to stock more color options in store.

I so love this perfect fit for my Kindle. Purchased it right in store. Only thought is case cracked at corner. Perhaps a non breakable plastic would suffice. Nice magnet stand material.

VERY NECESSARY AS A MINIMUM PROTECTION FOR THE KINDLE AND AS A STAND TO VIEW THE APPS

I was looking for a simple case for my kindle that would protect it and easily fit in my purse. This case serves that purpose and can be used to prop the kindle up for easy reading. I did not want anything big and bulky, but wanted something to adequately protect the kindle.

My first e-reader died after just a year, so I thought I try adding a cover to my next one. This case offers the protection I am looking for while being stylish at the same time. Great buy and a must have. The choice of colors is nice, too.

This is a great cover, I like that you can stand it horizontally or vertically and automatically turns the Kindle on and off when open and closed

It's a good sturdy case and it protects my kindle very well. It has a built in stand and it's magnetized so you don't have to worry about it flipping open ask the time.
