The case fits perfectly. It is easy to open and the feature that lets the kindle stand on its side or bottom makes it easier to use.

Designed to fit the 8" Amazon Fire HD tablet perfectly, the case is well constructed and made from a polyester material that has an internal microfibre lining to gently protect the tablet's surface. The cover has a fold that allows you prop up the tablet/case in either portrait or landscape orientations. This is great for when you want to watch a movie or Skype with someone hands-free and don't want to lay the tablet flat on its back. For an additional $10, the same case is available in a leather version.

My first e-reader died after just a year, so I thought I try adding a cover to my next one. This case offers the protection I am looking for while being stylish at the same time. Great buy and a must have. The choice of colors is nice, too.

This is a great cover, I like that you can stand it horizontally or vertically and automatically turns the Kindle on and off when open and closed

It's a good sturdy case and it protects my kindle very well. It has a built in stand and it's magnetized so you don't have to worry about it flipping open ask the time.

needed a case for my new Kindle Fire. went to Best Buy and they had exactly what I was looking for. I thought the case was a little expensive but it is made for the Kindle Fire and fits perfectly.

This was a purchase for my husband's new Amazon Fire Tablet. He likes the way it securely stands up when he wants to sit at the table and read. It is nice protection for the tablet.

perfect fitting cover for the kindle fire hd...good basic color black...but would've liked Best Buy to stock more color options in store.

After 2 months of use, the cover works great. It's a functional design that works well for the tablet. No problems with wear, as of yet.

I so love this perfect fit for my Kindle. Purchased it right in store. Only thought is case cracked at corner. Perhaps a non breakable plastic would suffice. Nice magnet stand material.

I put my first Kindle Fire 8 case into service 28 January 2016. A few days ago, it began to separate. I went to Best Buy today, and Customer Service replaced it. (If you have a non-electronics problem, go to Customer Service -- the Geek Squad told me to buy some super-glue and do my own repairs!)

The hard case protects the tablet wonderfully. The magnetic folder allows the "stand" to prop up the tablet in either vertical or horizontal viewing modes. This is great for cafe use or for following a how to video. It allows for hands-free viewing when following along a DIY project, cooking show, working in your garage or workshop or just streaming movies/videos. The soft interior of the screen protector lays gently against the surface and keeps it from scratching. i recommend this over the more expensive keyboard cover as that one is heavy, clunky, and pricey, and doesn't protect the screen as well. This one, although cheaper, is much nicer. A great case for a great little machine!
