Much more durable than the original nexus case. The design has a retro style to it which caught my eye. I wish it had a sensor to wake up the tab when I open the case.

Does the job and the price on this one was reasonable since it's being discontinued. The color isn't great but you can't have it all for the price. Suggest you set your price point and research covers with latches so cover will stsy closed securely. This one does not shut off screen when cover is closed so you need to do that manually. I would recommend this cover at the current price point for light to moderate use.

great case that is very attractive and functional. The material feels good in your hands and gives you cofidence that the tablet is being protected.

Good fit and quality. A little bulky maybe but nice. I would like it could put the Nexus to sleep when closes and wake when opens.

I usually like purchasing the cover that is made for the model I'm purchasing. I have no complaints about this cover as it has protected my Nexus so far.

While this case seemed pretty pricey I decided I would go ahead and pick it up because it was made by Google and had a very premium look and feel. After using the case for a few days I notices a few flaws that overall made the case not worth the price In my opinion. The first flaw I noticed was the smell. This case has a very strong chemically sweet odder that gave me a head ache after a while. You might compare this odder to spray paint or some thing you would smell when opening a package containing a cheap knock off case you bought on eBay. The second thing I noticed was the cover that protects the screen doesn't fold into the triangular stand it was advertised to do or stay flat against the screen. When the people see this case I imagine they would think its googles answer to the Smart Cover they would be wrong. This case almost manages the same functions as the Smart Cover but falls flat about five minutes after folding it into a stand. I've tried it manny different ways and it still unfolds I even bent the flaps one by one to see if they were just stiff. The screen cover also separates from the screen when laying on the table because there aren't any magnets to hold it down or make use of the built in sleep wake function in the nexus 7. The third and last thing that made me return this case and order the poetic slimline case for the nexus 7 was all of the fingerprints and dust this case picked up. Now I'm not some one that usually notices these sorts of things but this case just seemed to pick up ALLOT of fingerprints and dust. I keep my desk and work space very clean. I wipe it down every few days so I can minimize the amount of dust and eraser fragment from collecting on my desk. My desk was the only place this case was set down and used for the short time I owned it and even still it was very noticeable. The material this case is made of seems retain residue even after being wiped off similar the backing or the nexus 7s backing. But this case does have a few good things I should point out as well. This case fits perfectly to the nexus 7. While the case is in place there are no bumpers on the sides of the screen that protrude higher than the screen itself leaving a very nice seamless boarder. This case fits very snug so much so that people have damaged there nexus 7 trying to get it out of this case. The snugness allows you to push the side buttons as hard as you need without the case creaking or shifting like I've seen in some of the third party cases. I hope this helped some of you decide to buy or against buying this case. If this persuaded you to look ells ware for a case look into the peptic slimline case. The corner tablet anchors on the case have cracked on both of these cases that I have purchased. Still looks better than any other case out there but when those anchors go the case is useless.

I had a generic sleeve for my Nexus 7 (2013), but I was looking for a case that would make accessing my tablet a little easier while still providing some protection for the tablet. The cover works well. It protects the tablet, allows me to open it quickly and provides a limited stand for the tablet, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

The case perfectly fits the tablet we purchased. It is sleek, elegant and the colors were perfect.

Holds the tablet in very securely it has been durable and comfortable to use. Overall my son is very happy with his Google Nexus

Got this on sale for under 20 dollars. I don't think it's worth the 50 dollar original price tag. Protects and looks great

If you are looking for a case that doesn't add a lot of bulk to your tablet this is the one to get!

The case is great at protecting your Nexus 7. I love the camera holes, no more having to remove case to take a picture. The only down side is the the outer case gets dirty fast. Wish it was leather or vinyl. I have owned the case for four months and over all I like it four out five star.

This case keeps your Nexus well protected and fits perfectly fine.

This cover is a little overpriced. but it does protect the screen. When in the stand mode you have to have a flat surface or it will fall. love the color.

This is a nice basic case to protect my tablet but the folding stand seems to want to stay folded and doesn't protect the screen as much as I would like.

The case could use some additional security features, but it doesn't get in the way or the device is still easy to hold with one hand.

Although the case looks really nice, the price is way too high. It lost a star for high price and another for no magnet closure. This is disappointing because the tablet won't lock and turn off the screen when closing it or turn on the screen when opening. Also the cover flaps open. The build quality seems good and i bought it to match my Google HP11 case (and because it was $9.99 when i bought it). I don't use this case now because of the comments made earlier. If the no magnet closure doesn't bother you, then it may be worth it if it goes on sale.
