Nice case, but Zagg glass can break
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked this case. Lightweight, smaller (than Otterbox), nice color (I have pink.) BUT, I also installed the Zagg protective glass. It is elevated to higher than the protective edge of the case. Dropped the phone and the protective glass broke. Fell on a corner and the corner of the protective glass broke. Yes, the Zagg is lifetime replacement but what a PITA to keep replacing. I went back to Otterbox. (I'm putting YES as recommend to a friend, but I really need a "maybe". It is nice, but buyer beware.)

Don't buy if you value your screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In 20 years I have never broke a screen. I had a Pixel 1 for 3 years and two months ago I got a Pixel 3. This was the only "official" case available at Best Buy. Right away it was constantly sliding off of everything onto the ground. It is a very slippery material, so if I was carrying it on top of a notebook, or setting it somewhere that wasn't completely flat - it would slide right off. There is also no lip over the screen, so when it hits the ground, there is no cushion. Well, it finally slid off my notebook out of my arms and hit the concrete and shattered the glass. Two months old. I was so disgusted. Of course since I have never had an issue with screens before I did not buy the insurance. So I'm paying to have the screen repaired and I bought a cheap $6.99 case off Amazon that is made of silicone and has a lip over the screen - just like all the previous cases I've had. While I love the Pixel phone, I'll never buy a Google case again.

Does Not Protect Screen
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually bought a Google Live case, but my phone cracked when it was dropped even though it had the case on it. I'm weary about buying any Google cases ever again.
