This case is extremely well made and capable of protecting all CD and DVD discs stored within it. The features that made this particular case of value to me were its small physical size and the fact that although it is rated to hold only 24 discs it can be upgraded to a larger number by addition of Case Logic's ProSleve II Removable Sleeves which are the same as the 12 sleeves included with the product. An additional side benefit to these sleeves is that they also contain a writable strip on both sides where the user can identify the disc stored in that position of the sleeve.

After 8 years of use, this case has proven to be durable and convenient. The case opens like a book when unzippered. The outside cover has a pliable center, covered with durable nylon, with an extra sturdy edge strip sewn in that helps to reduce scuffing and fraying. The zipper is long enough to easily manipulate even while wearing gloves. There are 12 cloth pages, each with two clear plastic sleeves to hold the CDs. There is ample room inside to store additional CDs, though I'd recommend storing them in sleeves, so they don't rub against and scratch each other. Since it is a zippered case, it is not completely waterproof, so don't expect to drop it in the creek and recover your disks dry. However, it's great for indoor use.

I like this case because it has a ring binder so you can add some more DVD sleeves, and it's seems to be durable.

It's the perfect size for storing O/S, Specialty Programs, and back-up data in case of virus or crash, and I like that I can add pages if needed.
