Went to store,thought we had the problem fixed. Went back home,tried to make a call and the same old problem returned. Immediately got in my car and returned to Best Buy and purchased the Samsung S-8. Never thought I would buy such an expensive phone. The deal was sweet,they took off $300 off and the balance was dropped to $17.50 a month instead f 28.00 per month. I LOVE this phone. So glad I did this. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Decent phone case
