If your case was purchased from an authorized retailer, you will have to get an exchange or refund from where the item was purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be advised that with Case-Mate lifetime warranty, you may choose another color in the case line of your original case. For example, you have the Karat Mother of Pearl and if you are needing a replacement, you may either choose the Karat Rose Gold or the Karat Gold. Please be advised that this change can only occur during the warranty process and that all items have to be damaged or defective before a new replacement can be sent. We hope this helps!

Although I am disappointed with Casemate. The phone case was packaged and sold as an iPhone 7 case, is was not made from an iPhone 7 mold, but rather is a iPhone 6 case. The case I purchased was advertised as a 7 case, and it has a hole in the bottom for the aux port, which was removed from the iPhone 7. I have reached out to Casemate and have not heard anything back. I am disappointed in the manufacturer. However, the case is fashionable and I do love the color. Was hoping to get an actual 7 case for my new phone though.
