It’s super cute and convenient. My only complaint is that you cannot plug in the charger well with a case on the phone with this plastic piece sticking out. Sometimes you can get it to fit in, but many times it’s too tight. We found using the magnetic charger was a good solution to this problem, but it would have been helpful to know the issue ahead of time. Using on phones without magnetic charging would be a problem.

I'm not an aggressive user with my phone but I used the straps regularly. Thankfully I was putting my phone in my pocket when it snapped otherwise it would have resulted in damage to my device. I really liked the item so this is disappointing.
