It is actually more durable than what I was expecting, being made of a hard shell and fully covering all buttons...that also are a breeze to press with pretty little gold accents. Easy to get on and remove. Include a screen protector first and put this case on and I don't doubt it will give you all the protection needed if you are moderately active with your phone...taking it in and out of a pocket or purse.

I have dropped my IPhone 7 several times. My phone was undamaged, as was the case itself. I am not easy on my phone.
