Unfortunately, on April 5, 2026, the black metal ring attached to the case broke. Specifically, the metal clasp that secures the ring snapped off, making the ring unusable. The product has been used under normal conditions, and this issue appears to be due to a defect in the material or construction rather than wear and tear.

I stated this was incorrect and not what i ordered, CS looked it up and they stated ‘return it if you want” which is what i did. Never again

Stupid. ,
