    I love the Casetify iPhone MagSafe cases. So when I saw one on open box returns way cheaper I jumped at the chance to buy my favorite case. They sent the wrong case. I purchased for an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the box was listed as a 2024. It was way too small for my phone and since I ordered online I had to call them and it took forever and they said it had to be returned in store and I live an hour and 45 minutes from my BestBuy store. Finally go and customer service people said they weren’t gonna take it back because it’s the wrong item and they couldn’t scan it for the refund. She called a manager of some sort and he said the same thing. He finally gave in and told her just to scan the box and refund my money to PayPal. Never even offered to order the right case on open bo as my exchange. It was very busy there yesterday because of last minute Christmas shopping and I was not happy with my service transaction treatment.

    My daughter got a new phone and I needed to get her a phone case so we went to Best Buy and bought her this phone case. It's a great product and very durable. I get all my phone cases from Best Buy.

    This iPhone 15 pro max is amazing. Great experience at Best Buy with help from Jared with my purchase and the 2 smart and patient guys that helped me when my order arrived with the switchover from my iphone 10.
