My Favorite Martin Scorsese Film Will Always Be Goodfellas, But This Film Is Not Far Behind! Casino Is Almost A Spiritual Spin Off From Goodfellas While Completely Being It’s Own Beast! Robert DeNiro Has Never Been Better, While Being Supported By A Fantastic Ensemble Cast! Mobsters, Vegas, Betrayal, Murder...That’s Casino! A Must See For Any Scorsese Fan Or A Fan Of Cinema In General!

One of the best movies I can watch over and over. Martin Scorsese can make a great movie and it shows with this as well as Goodfellas and Wolf of Wallstreet.

Movie is 5 stars, can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said on that. Great, filmic video transfer. It IS based on a new 4k scan (not a “fake” upscaled 2k master that some 4k discs use.) If you have a 4k TV with HDR it’s definitely worth an upgrade from the blu-ray. Surprised at the sharpness of many scenes for a movie that looked a little blurry in earlier releases.

We all know how interesting this film is and the story it tells about the way Vegas casinos used to be run. I added this limited edition Steelbook 4K UHD version to my collection because it is a film that belongs there. So glad they decided to put this movie on 4K, now if they could start doing the same for legendary films like The Abyss, Jaws, Elysium and many more.

Don't let the 3 hour runtime of this film scare you. Honestly, it only feels like a 2 hour film. The way Scorsese directs this film makes it feel tight and perfect. Picture quality is outstanding and is output in standard HDR. This film is mastered at 1000 nits, so on most TVs, no brightness or contrast adjustments are necessary. Highly recommended!

This 4k transfer is amazing, looks so much better than the blu-ray version. the colors pop and the fine detail is so much better, compare the patterns on some of the suits, the increase in detail is amazing. The steelbook art is great imo. Also, It's a Martin Scorsese film, with Joe Pesci and Robert De Niro, need i say more?

One of my favorite Scorsese gangster films. I think this is very underrated. De Niro is good but Pesci plays an excellent psychopath (go figure) much like his Goodfellas character. The steelbook itself is nice and good quality. The 4k film is a welcome upgrade over the previously released Blu Ray. If you are a fan, buy this!

The 4K transfer is utterly beautiful and the lights and sounds of Vegas roar to life like never before. An absolute must have for anybody’s physical media collection.

This movie demands a re-watch on an annual basis. the picture quality is great and the movie is an all time classic. i wish goodfellas came out as nice as this on 4k.

Audio is good the music is lively if you have rear speakers. The dolby vision is good but prefers brightness over color accuracy 

Anyone familiar with Scorsese's films know exactly what to expect. Yet another gangster classic in the tradition of Goodfellas, though set in Las Vegas. Always fun to see De Niro and Pesci together. It's a combo that just works - especially in this genre. Sharon Stone gives a good turn as the bored, beleaguered wife.

A phenomenal Martin Scorsese film, the last film he made with Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Frank Vincent. The acting and story telling is as always for Scorsese, perfect, and the 4K transfer truly highlights the lights and Casinos of Las Vegas. The steel case art and packaging is high quality material.

I thought I loved this movie before! Being able to see the fabrics of Robert De Niro's many suits was awesome. The sound was amazing and of course the story is just great. Forgot how good this movie was after not having seen it for a few years. You will NOT be disappointed with this 4k version.

i love this movie so much yes it’s almost three hours long but so worth it. i mean what could go wrong it’s a mafia movie can’t complain.

All the greats. One if the best mobster films ever made. Now its like you’re one if the fellas with this stunning 4k release.

This is a great movie. Nice throwback to when monsters ran Vegas. All star cast and great story make this a must watch. This 4K transfer sure is beautiful. Watching this again with more finer detail was everything. Worth the upgrade is you already own the Blu-ray. Highly recommend!

This is an older movie so the improvements in 4K might not be as noticeable, but they are there. Excellent film, can’t say that enough. Great cinematography, and the music sounds better than ever. Definitely worth a buy, the limited edition steel book is pretty cool too

Casino would have to be one of my favorite 4K disc releases to date! They did a wonderful job with the transfer of this movie and it has great special features. I highly recommend adding this one to your home theater movie collection. Absolutely amazing all around!
