Love this digital piano. It sounds better than I expected.

This piano has a decent sound, but what’s better is the amazing action and nice texture of the keys.

I moved 8 months before making this purchase. I forgot to change my address on my Best Buy account. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The second I completed the purchase I realized it was shipping to my previous address. I immediately started looking to cancel or try and change the shipping address. While looking I saw I could cancel no questions asked within 30 minutes of purchase. The button to cancel was grayed out and unresponsive. I was able to get customer service through chat. I asked to cancel or change delivery address. After a short conversation I was told that changing the address would be impossible, canceling was my only option. I said fine and was told that request would be made. The next day i received an email saying a shipping label had been created. I got right back on the chat to see why it wasn't canceled. I was told that the vendor declined the cancelation request even though i was well within the original 30 minutes at the time i requested it to be canceled. I was told the only option was to intercept the package after it shipped. Once i saw it shipped i received an email telling me to call UPS to intercept. UPS was rude and told me i couldn't because the shipper put restrictions on the package. I called Best Buy customer service this time. I was also very mad by this point and had been extremely patient and friendly up till now. I am embarrassed to admit i was screaming at the poor lady on the phone. I kept apologizing and kept screaming at her. Turns out after multiple apologies from her and after being left on hold for some time that nothing could be done. My wife then went to the local Best Buy store to try and get help. We were given a different number to call and they assured us that the package would be intercepted and sent to our local Best Buy. It wasn't. It delivered to the incorrect address and the local pickup is now saying it can't happen. I will never purchase from Best Buy again.

I trust this brand, it has all function for starter, you can learn by yourself when you use with casio app, you have to buy usb adapter if you want to connect to ipad.

This digital is a great value. It has a good acoustic sound.
