Really handy kitchen appliance. Definitely be careful when washing - if you get the bottom wet, it's unforgiving. Mine broke after two weeks because of I was not careful enough. It can waste milk if you are only using enough for a single coffee because it has a minimum fill line, but it's not too bad.

LOVE this machine! Wife misplaced the top though so it loses heat. One click for froth, two clicks for just warming. I use it for chocolate milk and it mixes it as it heats up.

Easy to use, works extremely well. Would happily purchase again. Would have been nice if itnwas shipped in a box instead of it's own packaging. It was a gift, and the mfg box was mauled.

Perfect milk every time. Frother works great for warm and cold. Perfect for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Easy to clean and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Excellent milk frother if you have an espresso machine without a frother or just want frothed milk for your coffee. The froth can be a little much but using a spoon to take some out fixes that problem.

Love this product. Had a different one and it worked good, but this one is so much quieter and does a great job

I bought many of this products for my family but at this time I bought for my company. When it delivered the product won't work. I am disappointed at this time.

Instructions are not clear on what the lid holder is for warm milk froth guidelines. Trying the whisk in every possible position I cannot get it to create froth at all, at most you get some big bubbles on top of the hot milk. Searching every retailer's site for questions and answers, I'm not the only one stumped by this instruction but no one has ever answered questions about where the whisk goes for hot froth, so I'll just have to return it and hope the next one works as intended.

Gave as a gift for Christmas and it is now only April and it has stopped working with minimal use.

This item was defective. It did not work at all. I was sad because I really wanted a good milk frother.
