    The grinder quit after a week and a half of use. Cleaned it and it has work going on two weeks far. For $200 it’s temperamental,

    It was nice until about 4 weeks of use then the grinder stopped working... and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of this company to address a warranty claim. There is one phone# and goes straight to voicemail... I’ve left several messages for the past 6 weeks and nothing... also emailed them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT... Best Buy needs to remove this from their catalog ASAP!
