I was skeptical about ordering this devise but now I am so glad I got it. I needed a second sous vide to do Thanksgiving dinner and this worked out great. It is so much quieter than my other one, Although the circulation doesn't seem that strong the temperature is spot on. It is very easy to program and there is an on off button so you don't have to unplug to start over, It seems to be very well made and is a good value.
I would recommend this to a friend
