    This is a mature Don Henley at his best. Slightly Country, slightly Folksy. You can really tell the progression of his genius on this CD.

    I am a long-time fan of the music of the Eagles and Don Henley. Especially since I grew up near Cass County, I was interested in this new album. However, I found only a few of the tracks that I liked. My reaction to most of the album is lukewarm.

    This is not a bad CD, just nothing to get excited about. It has more twang than I expected. More of a country flair. Several of the songs sound like Lyle Lovett. Again not bad CD but I won't rush out to buy the next one if there is one.

    Have to say I love this guy's voice...and his rendition of the Emmylou Harris song "Too Far Gone" really blew me away. Love it!
