    Seems like a great first microscope. I like that it came with pre-made slides and blank ones, but they are plastic. Everything else seems quality though.

    My grandson is enjoying his microscope. We have been with him or nearby as he is learning the processes. We are looking forward to making many microscopic discoveries this year. A good purchase that encourages discovery and exploration.
