Great phone with some cool features. OS is not great. With the proper os, this would be a beast

Awful phone. Didn't have good battery life, had poor signal. And all considered it's more durable than maybe an Iphone but not up to a durable phones task. Thermal imaging sucks. Buy a Ulefone 18t. Has 5G, a huge battery, it's faster, and it's Cheaper

Man I was so excited to get this phone. But, when I got it going the excitement quickly faded. The phone is so cool, and just what I needed as far as rugged ness goes. It was just so slow….. and just wouldn’t get the job done. So I had to return it just after about three days of use. I really want these guys to get it together cause I will be the first in line.

Built well could have had a bit more steel in it's frame like the s61 and I still have yet to get a full two days out of the battery like it advertised but otherwise great phone so far

Received phone on Thurs, couldn't even get activated til Saturday. From that day on the phone sounded like you were in a tunnel. Horrible reception. Then pop ups started flooding in.

So far is ok….I did notice the the battery did get low a bit faster than expected.

Good phone, thermal imagining was kind of cool. Phone did not written with Verizon. Had to return. Returning it was not easy, still haven't gotten my refund and it's been over 2 weeks.

Phone freezes it screen shot my message it's slow even on a Wi-Fi network .. drop calls messages don't appear to next day. Pictures taken are sent some where before it's stored in my phone. I hate this slow phone I wish I knew it was junk

The self-service strength is not as good as my old phone but other than that the phone is amazing does everything that they said it would do the thermal imaging has helped me out so much of my work

Excellent phone! Super tough even for someone who is hard on everything. The Thermal Camera is amazing to use and very useful in ways you don't even know about yet!

Great Phone with FLIR, Also links to download construction apps. T-Mobile just has the S62, you need the pro. My t-mobile chip slipped right in and worked right away.

Great super tough phone. Dropped it from 10' ladder on cement no dents or scratches.

I'm on my third device in 90 days, issues like screen ghosting, touch breaking, GPS antenna failure, mic failure, Bluetooth not working, NFC not working, and most common apps freezing the phone. This is all before I can test the ruggedness of the phone in actual application. If you want to try to roll the dice on this phone make sure and get the insurance from your carrier. Otherwise you're going to be stuck with some $700 paper weights. My experience so far; the only thing worse than the build quality is Cats customer support. I'm still waiting to get a return label from CAT for the phone purchased September 26th, screen failed late October. I have tried almost every "tough" phone since the Panasonic Duramax (original). This device has convinced me to quit buying tough phones. Too many compromises must be made like bad screens or slow processors. In this case it's a metal wrapped electronic bug machine. Phone (3rd device) has frozen and crashed multiple time just writing and rewriting my review.

Awesome phone good construction easy to use and perfect for a business owner or working man

So far the phone is working very well. My previous Samsung, and most other phones, can't get enough signal to work at our local Elks Lodge, but the CAT works perfectly with the weak signal. There is much I'm still trying to figure out, but that will come with time. Battery is lasting four days.

Cat phone is awesome. Thermal imaging is great. I did lose over 600 pictures during old to new phone data swap.
