I've been yearning for a Gretsch set for awhile, and I got my opportunity when they started selling on BestBuy.com. Boy, is she a beaut. She sings, too. The only complaint I have is about the stock heads--they're factory Remo, but they don't have the punch that I was looking for, typical of stock heads. Once I replace them, she'll sound even better than she already does.

I purchased this set for our church. I didn’t want something that was too cheap but didn’t have the budget to go all out. This drum set fit the bill. When mic’d up properly it delivered quality tones and resonated very well. The stock heads were surprisingly better that what comes with most drums. Keep in mind that this is a shell pack only and does not come with any hardware or cymbals.
