CBS unfortunately charges for using their service. I finally decided to get this to see if i wanted the streaning service. I don't like that companies charge to see thier product but I understand why they do it. They want to make a profit.

I gave it three stars due to the fact it was on sale 25.00 card for 22.50 but I didn't get 25.00 on the card it was only 22.50 and No one could or would help fix the problem

Terrible experience. Code was invalid from the beginning with no resolution found in any meaningful way. Called multiple times trying to get this redeemed and no resolution.

Cbs all access gift card balance vanished from my account and cbs all access offered no solution, better to pay directly to them or avoid cbs all access all together
