Good optics for a small scope
Stows and transports easily
I wonder about the durability of some of the plastic parts, especially the diagonal.
Tripod not the sturdiest and is easily made jumpy especially when trying to use the higher magnifications.

For Christmas my husband wanted to be an astronomer so he asked for a telescope. LOL Honestly it was a bit overwhelming with so many out there but I am glad I chose this one. The backpack makes it look clean so it’s not always on display, the telescope itself was easy to use right out the box. It’s honestly perfect for a beginner! And he is already buying additional accessories to enhance it. 10/10!

The x2 lens is perfect for viewing Jupiter and Saturn. The lense also offers a view of the moon for greater detail. Use the moon filter to view the moon when the moon is at its brightest. It is best that once you have the fix on the moon or celestial body, not to grab the telescope. Just carefully place your eye to the viewing lense to avoid bumping the telescope out of alignment. The phone holder is a bit tricky, it takes some practice to take the perfect picture.
Well worth the price.

It is not a powerful telescope. My daughter was able to capture the moon with reasonable clarity. It was not very stable with the tripod, so we plan to upgrade with a more accurate and feature rich telescope.

Everything I hoped for. After researching for family gifts to my grandchildren I researched where I wanted to purchase them. Best Buy delivered as promised. For beginner children or adults I highly recommend this telescope as it can be easily taken anywhere. Quality was just as I hoped.

“Where did the moon go?” Is what my almost 3 year old daughter asks me everyday during the daytime. To reward her curiosity, I bought this item to help introduce her to looking at the universe. The telescope is mobile and easy to setup. Its a great way to introduce the moon and stars to a toddler.

Nice compact telescope. The legs on tripod could be made more sturdy as if you touch the telescope it wobbles a bit. The backpack could use a center divider to keep the telescope and tripod from banging into each other.

Wish the phone adapter was larger to use for it since I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was neat to show my daughter some of the space we could see with this. Definitely easy to put together. Nice carrying case. Some stuff wasn’t labeled as well.

Images are awesome but hard to set up. Instructions were a joke and I was not able to download the software they say cane with the telescope purchase. And others they gave in package no longer exist. I will be returning it today

Fun for kids, not for real stargazing. it does give a person and idea and comes with several attachments. The tripod is very flimsy. OK for starter scope.
