My daughter bought me this phone because I was having complications using my old phone overseas. I also had issues using my online Best Buy Account. I decided on the Cool Duo because I work for the military, causing me to travel oversees a lot for work. The Cool Duo comes with a screen protector, a phone case, and headphones. The dual sims feature allows use for international travels. The cameras allow me to take pictures of the beautiful places I come in contact with for my job as well as my family. For the price point this phone is amazing and it comes with everything I needed.

I bought 2 cellallure phones. I bought the Fashion 2 Plus for myself to use and the Cool Duo for my cousin who travels abroad frequently for her job. She absolutely loves it. The Cool Duo is perfect for her many trips abroad due to the dual sim feature. We can stay in contact easier. The battery life is amazing and she never has to worry about it dying. The slim design and three cameras (dual camera on one side) are an added bonus to be able to document her trips. I would definitely recommend this phone and all the wonderful aspects.

I'm typing this review with the phone. The good, it's solid secure and doesn't feel cheap in you're hand. Doesn't have a bunch apps built in hogging up storage space , pretty good battery and screen brightness.

Great phone easy to use from the moment you turn it on. Has an ultra-modern look, great battery and it’s very affordable. I love it!!!! Also the shipping was really fast.

That’s the worst cellphone that I have ever bought. Very slow cellphone and the touch screen is very poor quality. I had to return the cellphone to BestBuy and I lost $25 on restocking fees. I hope no one has to buy a cellphone like that, please find another option. Remember really poor quality cellphone

I purchased this phone two months ago from Best Buy, and it is the biggest waste of money and time. CellAllure Cool Duo is total crap. I've always bought inexpensive cell phones for my family and never had a problem until this one. This one constantly freezes, along with many other issues.

Phone would not stay powdered on would not connect to wifi or read sim card not worth the Money I paid.

Stays in 2 G mode...poor reception overseas and local calls camera extremely poor.I hear also no longer offered by Bus buy most probably why...
