    The protective case is deformed on the button's side and the buttons don't work if the case is on. Best Buy don't have replacement cases. With my job I need cellphone with both screen and protective case, so the only option is to return the phone.

    The Cool S2 is great!!! The design is sleek, not to big nor too small so it's perfect for video viewing. It's 16gbisting is just the internal storage! It comes with an additional 16gb as a micro SD card. And it comes as a full package with a clear case a pair of headphones AND a screen protector! The phone came and exceeded my expectations. Efficient and cost friendly if you're on a budget. CellAllure hit a home run with this one!

    overall good ,only complain is t he power rubber button sink in too much not long after use, i been still turn on and off but just need to more rub up and down onn it to trigger well enough usually... the volume button being 2x the dimensions been much better though for ease to trigger...
