    Cell Helmet refused to honor warranty & lied repeatedly. They refused to honor warranty less than a year after purchasing it. I didn't find out until after I paid for a replacement screen (and another $300 warranty). They subsequently canceled my new warranty (after I complained about Cell Helmet not honoring my previous warranty claim). The agents blatantly lied to me in email, and the one time I was actually able to do live chat (their live chat was unavailable in over 90% of my attempts to reach them).
