Bunch of weird software issues

The iPad itself came in perfect physical condition but setting it up was a whole different story. It was a hassle to set it up since it just didn’t want to connect to my apple ID. When I finally did manage to set it up it kept telling me to sign into my apple ID and no apps would download. I reset everything to try to fix it, and while it did fix the issue with always making me log in to apple ID, it still wouldn’t download any apps. I couldn’t connect my gmail or other services. I tried numerous fixes for these things online but nothing worked. I returned the iPad a day after I got it, I’ll just purchase a new one instead of a pre-owned one next time.
