Excellent security camera to view inside your garage. Magentic backing makes easy install below opener.

Not the clearest image but it will certainly gen you keep an eye out on your garage. The notifications can get a little out of hand.

The camera itself is good, it is the MYQ software/app that I am not liking.

This camera is Great. Can be used with garage door opener or as room camera. Face recognition is fab. I would recommend this camera.

No need to pay for the subscription for ut but would highly recommended for people that have a chamberlain garage door opener already.

Works great!!! Put it up in my garage facing the door snapped right to the bottom of my chamberlain opener.

Chamberlin has always been my go to brand when it comes to garage openers and their smart features have always been top notch to where they seem to continue on those smart features and accessories with this security camera. First right out of the box I was impressed with the size and the build quality of the camera. The camera was much smaller than anticipated and also had a premium feel to it as it was not simply a cheap plastic outer casing. Then to go about installing the camera it was an absolute breeze as I was able to get it plugged in by my garage opener and quickly mount it magnetically to the underside of my opener though it also has an adhesive patch you can use as well if need be. Syncing it to the app was also extremely quick and similar to how you would your traditionally garage door opener as no hub is required. Upon getting it mounted it was time to test it out and see if it lived up to its claims to which I can definitely say that it did. Originally I did not think it cover the entire field of view of my open garage door, but it surprisingly was able to capture everting. The clarity was also the other thing I was impressed with as it was not grainy at all and everything was crystal clear. I had my hesitancies regarding how well it would pick up voices for the two way communication, but this was also something that worked exactly how they marketed it as. Overall, this camera by Chamberlain lives up to all its claims from the ease of use to the actual performance of the camera. However, the one caveat to all of this is the frustrating component of requiring a subscription service to record any of these events it captures. You can use the camera for live purposes, but any recordings require a subscription of $4/month or $40/year which in today`s world with the mounting number of subscriptions a built in micro-sd card slot would have been more ideal. Thus, on its own it`s a great camera and if you are willing to pay the additional $40 per year for the video recordings it definitely lives up to it`s marketing.

Camera was pretty easy to set up and the magnet base is nice. However, myQ no longer allows 3rd party access to their API and all their products no longer connect to home assistant so I will likely be returning this.

It’s ok to use but not really great. I was use the other one.

Simple plug in and hang by magnet under garage door opener. I have not been able to see a live picture. Will need to trouble shoot more. I do have a wireless signal at camera.

I recently upgraded my 30-year-old garage door opener to a fancy new Chamberlain myQ model with smart features.

Its a great camera with a great price. I have no complaints

There are better cheaper options that work with more ecosystems and have .greater installation flexibility. Yes, the magnet mounting feature is nice, and video quality is good. But the marketing is misleading - it isn't always compatible with other MyQ garage systems and the images and language portray it as a fully wireless product, when it requires a micro USB power supply.
