There wasn't clear documentation for installing, after looking up online was able to setup but it did not live up to expectations.

Got 8 more channels than with the antenna alone. Well worth the money.

This item did not amplify my antenna signal enough to get a picture on my old crt tv or on my newer HD tv. Perhaps it is because I live 50 miles from the tv towers. Who knows.

Our signal breaks up in poor weather. It doesn't take much. Even a little wind. I thought this would do the trick. I called the manufacturer and installed it the way they "prefer". We had good weather for the next couple weeks and I fooled myself, thinking we had solved our problem. The other night when the wind picked up it became evident that we just blew money on a snake charm. I am going to install it at my in-laws house and see if it helps them. Until then, I am a non-believer.

    Very Nice RF Signal Amplifier

I don't think the first reviewer really understands what he bought. This product amplifies broadcast signals but can't make up for an antenna that gets blown out of position by the wind. This Channel Master HDTV Signal Amplifier Model 3410 provides a very strong 15dB gain on your antenna's signal strength. If you have multiple TV outlets in your house and long cables coming from the roof into your house, you might also consider additionally getting a Channel Master amplified splitter with multiple coaxial outlets. Living in Phoenix, I also like that this amplifier is designed to work in temperatures as hot as 140 degrees. This amp helped me get more channels over the air than I was getting from a similar amp which was left on my house by the cable company after I cancelled their overpriced service, and the existing channels are also stronger. And this product costs less than half a month of cable TV dues!
