Frank Ocean has really surprised me! Then again he really hasn't....This man is such a genius and it clearly shines on Channel Orange. There's no debating about buying this album. This is a true classic and any/every one will enjoy it! Thanks for my own copy Dad

I purchased this CD for my granddaughter for her birthfday. It was one of her favorite gifts.

It was her Christmas gift she had requested and it was her main gift.

I first I didn't really think this album was that great but when I sat down to just listen to it and dissect it, everything changed. This truly is a sonic and lyrical masterpeice about life stories and struggles in very poetic forms.

Frank Ocean's brand of R'n'B not only stem from the eccentricities of both Prince and Freddie Mercury, but they also derive from the emotions of an honest man singing about his conflicted upbringing and about some of the other juxtapositions of society.

'Channel Orange' is an awesome debut album from Frank Ocean. It already feels like a classic album. And, he's a gifted artist. The song 'Thinking Bout You' inspired me to buy this album (which is a must-have).

This is my favorite Frank Ocean album and to this day I play it on a regular basis.

I really enjoyed the mellow music and smooth sounds. Just something to relax to and enjoy.

I like blonde better but Frank is the goat no debate

If a bit blasé as far as MCing skills go. Hip hop has gone some interesting new directions since I started listening to the Wu Tang Clan almost 25 years ago. Glad the format hasn't stagnated.

I bought this album after reading that Rolling Stone included it in their list of the best albums to come out in 2012. I was impressed with Frank Ocean's lyrics and musical stylings. Looking forward to hearing more songs from this talented artist.

This album just set the bar for all musicians. Frank Ocean has worked with people like Justin Bieber, Beyonce, Jay-z, and Kanye west. He is beyond talented and this just shows how amazing he is. This album is getting cosigns from Adele, John Mayer, Miley Cyrus, and many more. I promise you will not regret the purchase.

Frank Ocean always makes good music and this Album definitely delivers. I usually don't buy R&B Albums but Frank just has that unique sound that i love. Plus he features Andre 3000, Can't go wrong with that.

As stated before Frank Ocean's name just promises great quality. From astonishing vocals to guitar rifts that would shock any rocker. Mr. Ocean takes the listener through a journey that they would never want to end. With songs such as Bad Religion, Pink Matter, and Thinking About You, there's no denying Ocean's soul and great lyrical prowess. This album is sure to win Grammy's, notably "Album of the Year."

Look, if you scrolled past the other 19 glowing reviews for this excellent debut album, and need one more rave to get you to buy it, here it is: I loved it. His next album Blond or Blonde (not Blonde on Blonde) is only available as a download or a streaming site. You will want this as well. Get a $10 iTunes card and get Blond (I'm going with no E).

Wow, this man did his thing on this album. Even after publicly announcing that he's in love with another man, it doesn't effect the music that he put out. All in all this album is awesome and I will suggest this to my friends! Great job Frank.
