I've been a bbq fanatic my entire life and have always loved smoking meats. I always wanted a offset smoker but the price points were never in my range. This smoker has a small offset combustion box but is still capable of plenty of work. I have managed to fit two full briskets, Four turkey legs and a 4 lb slab of salmon into the smoker at once. The best part is the ease with which you can maintain your coals in the offset box and never have to worry about grease based fire flare ups. I

First off the shipping of this was horrible. It looked like the grill fell off of a truck. Then when I was almost done assembling it the chimney would not go on due to it being welded incorrectly. So I had to break the weld and reform the metal for it to work. Also the first time I grilled on it the paint starts to just fall off in huge areas. Do not buy if you want your moneys worth.

This is a good to learn on in the summer. The metal is thin and the slightest breeze will affect your temp. Box and unit were damaged

Have not used yet but appears to be a nice product
